• Do pick dark leafy greens, such as spinach, when choosing vegetables, instead of starchy potatoes.
• Do avoid alcohol, which contains a lot of sugar, whenever possible.
• Don't consume too many high-calorie tropical fruits, such as pineapples, bananas, and coconuts.
• Don't indulge in a lot of sugary desserts. Try satisfying your sweet tooth with fruit sorbet

Hello November... 
22 Okt ritu geng sekolah ke Penang.. its a day trip jer saja jalan2..
penang trip with friends was superb.. we're actually waiting for this.. we really need a break from school work and spend some time togethers.. Alhamdulillah dipermudahkanNya segala urusan kami ke sana..

first destination was Bukit Bendera.. excited semua nak naik cable car tapi SubhanAllah punya ramai orang... we reached there around 12 kot or earlier tapi dimaklumkan at 2pm baru dapat naik... di tambah dengan hujan renyai2 time tu so we decided to move to our next destination..
