nak cantik ada caranya.. nak sihat pun sama

haluuuu apa khabar kawan2 ku.. hehe.. harini aku agak tidak kesihatan.. kalau yesterday aku sakit perut..harini aku sakit kepala pulak.. asyik sakit jer 2-3 harini nih.. macam2 penyakit sudah datang.. huhu.. so elok benar lah kalau aku share ngan korang info nih.. bukan per elok benar lah as a mother.. and i should say as the person in charge of me family so aku kena stay healthy sebab kalau aku sakit habis huru hara satu rumah..

10 surprising ways moms can be healthier and live longer credit to : Baby Center

1. Protect your posture

dulu kerap gak sakit2 belakang nih.. tapi now with the help of my PB (hmm ada lagi ke yang tak tau PB tuh hapa) so dah makin kurang.. lega.. sebab aku segan nak amik supplement.. tak bagus kan.. patutnya dalam usia yang dah makin meningkat nih kesihatan tuh kena jaga.. supplement kena amik

2. Lose some of the baby weight

yup i need to reduce more weight.. about 8-9kg more to get my ideal weight.. adeh.. banyak tuh.. tapi kalau betul caranya tak susah sebab ada yang boleh lose sampai 3kg in one month.. so why not.. yg penting kaedahnya betul..

3.Take care of your teeth and gums

ala tak yah tunggu sekarang baru nak jaga gigi n mulut betul tak.. sedari kecik dah diajar supaya menjaga kebersihan mulut dan gigi nih.. bukannya susah pun 2x sehari or mungkin ada yang tambah selepas makan.. that is up to you..

4. Guard against depression

yang satu nih camner nak elak yer.. sokmo2 depress... camne nak elak dari depress.. hmm.. mungkinkah ada duit banyak leh ilang tension?? hahaha..itu satu kaedah menghilangkan tekanan.. shopping.. tapi kalau tadak duit nak shopping ngan hape.. air liur.. muahaahahaha.. sebenarnya yg lebih mudah adalah solat n mengaji jer.. bukan kena pakai duit pun..

5. Get more sleep

Here are a few simple ways to get more sleep, and sleep better during the hours available.
  • Stick to a sleep schedule: Go to bed and get up as close to the same times as possible each day.
  • Keep your room dark and don't bring electronic gadgets to bed or keep a TV in the bedroom. The light from screens has been associated with insomnia and poor sleep.
  • Take turns getting up with babies and small children – and if it's your turn to sleep, wear earplugs.- hmm abislah kalau partner tak nak cooperate.. tapi kalau yg mmg ringan tulang syukur alhamdulillah..
  • Prioritize sleep: If you have to leave dirty dishes till the morning, do so. You might even get them done faster after a night's rest anyway.
  • Nap if possible. Not everyone's a napper, but if you can nap, go for it. Post-lunch siestas are particularly effective – take 20 minutes to refresh and everyone will benefit from your renewed energy

6. Dance

7. Watch out for "white" foods

Do your body a favor by cutting back on "white" foods, meaning those that contain refined sugar or white flour. Why? Because refined sugar can be a major contributor to inflammation in the body, which is the biological process that releases damaging free radicals and amps up aging. Eating too much sugar takes a toll on your heart and other organs - kurangkan pengambilan gula mmg berkesan tapi dlm kes aku yg mmg setiap pg kena mnum 3 in 1.. camner.. alah kalau hendak seribu daya kan.. so boleh jer kurangkan pengambilan benda2 lain yang manis.. n drink alot of plain water will surely help..

8. Take stretch breaks

There's a reason yoga is often recommended by doctors and other medical professionals. It increases flexibility, which is one of the best ways to feel and look ten years younger. But you don't have to achieve a perfect Downward Dog to reap the benefits of stretching. Taking simple five-minute stretch breaks throughout the day can prevent back, neck and shoulder pain and stave off joint problems - hmm yang aku leh buat hanyalah sibukkan diri dengan kerja2 mengemas rumah... kalau nak gi jogging or bersenam mmg tak boleh.. nak keluar rumah pun susah.. camner nak gi jogging (see more alasan)

9. Pass your tests with flying colors

Screening guidelines vary by age and also by doctor, but below are a few tests you can expect to take. Be sure to talk to your doctor about what tests might be right for you.
  • A blood panel to check cholesterol and lipids
  • Blood pressure
  • Blood glucose screening to check for diabetes
  • A mammogram to monitor for breast cancer. (Despite controversial new guidelines, most primary care physicians still recommend annual mammograms for women over 40.)
  • Pelvic exam and Pap smear. New guidelines recommend a Pap smear every two to three years depending on your health history.
  • Blood test for levels of vitamin D
  • Thyroid screening for an underactive or overactive thyroid gland, which can slow or speed up metabolism
  • Skin cancer screening
  • Vision and hearing tests
hmm bila nak gi buat nih..

10. Eat from the garden

aku tadak garden.. so camner nak eat from the garden.. aseh sempit betulah minda nih bukan payah g je beli tapi pastikan yang au naturel.. jgn ler amik yang dah disuntik2 tuh aka yang tiruan.. hmm benda2 fresh nih mmg elok tuk badan

kesimpulannya di sini.. kalau hendak berusahalah.. takkan nak tunggu sakit baru nak berubat.. cuba elakkan.. alah bendak dok buat setiap hari kan.. bukan benda baru pun.. bukannya kena keluar ribu riban setiap hari tuk kelihatan sihat dan cantik.. lainlah kalau yang mampu.. hehe.. point taken sebab aku tak mampu lagi ke arah itu so praktikkan apa yang boleh.. selain tuh hati tuh kena sentiasa gumbira.. kalau asik tension jer.. camner..
