tekak barat jugak aku nih

aku nih kekadang tekak agak western yer.. wpun orang Melayu.. hehe.. bukan per aku nih punya konsep kalau bab makan cam harus nak try segala yg boleh (dah halal sudah semestinya) kalau cam dulu aku tak pernah makan sushi tapi last2 try n now dah agak2 jatuh chenta dengan sushi.. cumanya sebab susah nak dapat di Perlis so jarang jugak dapat makan.. tapi kalau berkesempatan gi Tesco Alor Star mmg benda wajib tuk di beli..

besides sushi.. aku jugak suka dengan pasta.. buat sementara waktu nih dok rajin buat spaghetti jer sebab yang lain tak reti buat lagi (hmm aku kan kurang arif bab memasak nih) tapi kan kekadang best jugak sebab bila tak reti nih kalau try tuh bersungguh2..



Fettuccine Alfredo

Just five ingredients and you've got a homemade fettuccine Alfredo in no time.

INGREDIENTS:
* 1 pound fettuccine pasta
* 4 tablespoons butter
* 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
* 1 1/4 cups finely grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
* Chopped flat-leaf parsley

DIRECTIONS:
In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook 1 pound fettuccine pasta until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain in a colander, reserving 1 cup of the pasta cooking water. Using the same pot, melt 4 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add 1 1/2 cups heavy cream and 1/2 cup of the reserved pasta water and bring to a simmer. Add the fettuccine and 1 1/4 cups finely grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese (about 5 ounces) and toss. Season with salt and pepper and add more pasta water to make a looser sauce, if desired. Top with chopped flat-leaf parsley and serve with more cheese.


aku teringin nak buat yang nih.. tapi cam takut tak jadik jer.. hmm takper nanti kang kalau jadi aku tepek kat sini yer hasil air tangan aku (cewah).. owh lupa nak bagitau resepi kat atas tuh aku amik kat sini ..... hmm sekarang nih (tolong yer) kalau amik dari mana2 benda yang kita nak tepek dalam blog.. silalah kasik kredit noo.. penat orang dok buat alih2 kita senang2 jer copy paste.. hehe... ala bukan susah pun.. just make sure u link the info back to its origin..
